Jamie D. Watts is the Owner and Licensed Real Estate Broker of Welaka Realty, proudly serving South Putnam County with deep local roots and proven experience.
Jamie was licensed as a Real Estate Sales Associate in 2015 and began serving clients in South Putnam County that same year. In 2017, he earned his Real Estate Broker’s license, expanding his ability to serve buyers and sellers throughout the region. He also became a Licensed Auctioneer in September 2015.
A 43-year resident of Putnam County, including more than 30 years in South Putnam County, Jamie has called Welaka home since the age of 13. His lifelong knowledge of the area, property values, and community growth provides clients with a distinct advantage in today’s market.
In addition to his real estate career, Jamie served the Town of Welaka for almost two decades as both Town Councilman and Mayor. His long-standing leadership reflects his commitment to the community and future of South Putnam County.
